I went to my dad's house the other day and perused the basement with my sister. We came across some old toys of ours, and I found an Easter basket with a chick and baseball. It makes me sad.
I know what you mean. Recently, though, I have been lucky enough to dust off some of my old toys that were stashed away in the basement and give then to Ari to play with. It was so rewarding to see his face light up when I brought them up to him, like I was performing some sort of magic by giving him these toys. It is nice to see them have a second life through him.
Hello everyone! I'm Katie Grace. Thank you for visiting my blog! I'll be sharing my toy making process and progress (with photos along the way!), illustrations, knitting and quilting projects, interesting photographs and/or historical findings, inspiring artists, Shaker recipes...and so much more
