Gee, what a coincidence, I do daily calisthenics on the stairs too, I walk (on my feet) down and up the stairs two or three times every day, more if the elevator is slow. However, I am much more impressed with your routine, doing the stairs on your ass is tough!

i love that wonky ol' chair...had it since a wee little one. I call this exercise the "ass-stair tumble rumble"
